Why WebP?
WebP files are usually 25–35% smaller than JPG at the same visual quality, keep transparency like PNG, and every current browser shows them.
Why at most 1920 pixels?
It covers a full-width image on nearly every screen. Smaller images are never enlarged.
Do I lose transparency?
No. Transparent areas of PNG and WebP images stay transparent.
Are my images uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything happens in your own browser, on your device. Your images are never sent to a server, and we never see them.
