Questions

How do I take just a few pages out of a PDF?

Choose “Pick pages”, click the pages you want (or type their numbers, such as 2-4, 7), and download the new PDF.

Can I split a PDF into several files at once?

Yes. “By ranges” makes one PDF per range — for example 1-3, 4-8, 9- — and “Every N pages” makes a PDF of each page, or of every few pages. Download them one by one or as a ZIP.

Will the pages look the same?

Yes. Pages are copied exactly as they are, without re-compressing anything, and links between pages that stay together keep working. Bookmarks aren’t carried over, and form fields stay as they look but can no longer be filled in. Nothing from the pages you leave out comes along.

Is there a limit?

PDFs up to 100 MB, and up to 100 PDFs from one split.

Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?

No. Your PDF is split by your own browser, on your device. It is never sent to a server, and we never see it.
